Game Description

Abyss Odyssey combines a simplistic roguelike, platformer and fighting game. The indie project is designed for both single play and online co-op. On a pirate site, no one forbids playing with a friend online. With each new session, locations are generated randomly. The title is inspired by Chilean culture.

There are 3 characters in Abyss Odyssey: the girl Katrin, the water spirit Ponkoyu and the Phantom Monk. Initially, only the heroine is available, and two heroes need to be unlocked as you progress. In the story, this young woman is trying to find the Warlock. The old and powerful sorcerer fell asleep and began to have nightmares. And his bad dreams took on material form and began to threaten Chile. To awaken the wizard, the protagonist will have to descend into the depths of the Abyss. Events take place in 1890.

The gameplay is based on frequent battles with opponents. In battle, you need to dodge, place blocks, strike from above, carry out sweeps, make lunges. You can capture the souls of your opponents (there are more than 30 varieties) and then take on their appearance. In case of death, the fighter loses all loot, but retains gold and experience. For money you can buy more powerful weapons, items with enhancements and tokens from merchants. With their help, the warrior or warrior will be resurrected not at the very beginning of the map, but at the last altar. Along the way, you sometimes meet colorful NPCs who offer unusual deals. Free online play allows multiple players to play together. Online multiplayer is designed for 4 people. Multiplayer also supports hotsites. In this mode, only two people can have fun.
