Ardenfall - a role -playing role, plunging wanderers into the world of ancient cultures, secret magic and political intrigues on the mysterious island of Ardenfall. The hero’s path runs through a variety of lands: from windy plains and rain flooded to long abandoned ruins and winding caves, lurking both treasures and deadly dangers. In this world, each solution has weight, affecting the economy of the regions and the attitude of local residents towards you. The characters, like a dento crearo, will remember your actions, and quests, for example, associated with the tombs of Sherra, can radically change their direction or completely interrupt depending on the chosen approach.

The creation of a unique protagonist is the basis of gameplay. The choice of race, tattoos, attributes and character traits directly affects the dialog options and determines how others will trust you. The Ardenfall combat system offers a creative approach to battles. Adventors can combine different weapons, use throwing potions, fire knives or disposable spells. The magician, specializing in the call, is able to call on a powerful beast to help in battle, while a thief can throw a potion of silence to ensure a silent elimination of opponents, such as the creatures of the polo.

The study of the world does not imply a hand: there are no markers of tasks or illuminated ways. In order to navigate what is happening, you have to carefully read the diaries found, ask the characters and independently add the picture of the world. Interaction with various fractions opens up new storylines, allowing you to leave your mark in the history of this mysterious island. Travelers have to convince, charm or lie in order to achieve their goals and reveal all the secrets that this harsh, but attractive land.
