Survival requires exploring ancient rock-cut fortresses and trading in bustling cultivator cities, where valuable pills and treasures are exchanged for spiritual stones.
Ruins of long-forgotten eras, guarded by demonic beasts, lure adventurers with unique resources and dangerous challenges that evolve over time. The path to the heights of power begins with choosing the origin of the character, be it a survivor of an attack by a beast or an alchemist’s apprentice, which determines his initial predispositions. The narrative of Ascend from Nine Mountains begins with an unusual event: the protagonist is struck by heavenly lightning intended for another.
This incident attracts the attention of a powerful warrior named Tdong, who forcefully brings the hero to the Nine Mountains Sect to balance the scales of karmic debt. From this moment begins a long ascent, in which each decision shapes the future destiny and determines which ancient techniques will respond to the call of the adept. The main goal is to overcome nine worlds of power, each of which requires complete dedication from the adept. To move to a new level, called a breakthrough, it is necessary to accumulate chi energy and find rare components that allow the body and soul to transform.
