Bad Janitor is a clever eviction operation disguised as routine cleaning of premises. The main character, acting undercover, must quietly create unbearable living conditions in order to force people to leave their apartments. Penetrating into other people’s apartments in the absence of the owners, the protagonist uses household items to organize minor dirty tricks. Every action, from turning on the radio at full volume to ruining the taps, must look like an accident, maintaining the cover of a secret agent.

This subversive activity is carried out in the interests of CityGrind Corp, which plans to demolish residential complexes to build new office buildings in their place. To successfully complete tasks, it is necessary to maintain the appearance of a conscientious employee. Performing standard cleaning duties is a key element of camouflage to avoid suspicion. Gameplay in Bad Janitor requires you to balance between overt cleaning simulation and covert sabotage.

You will have to study the habits and weaknesses of 15 different types of residents in order to influence them as effectively as possible. Users have access to three cleaning characters, each of which has unique features to wage a hidden war against unsuspecting tenants. The narrative asks you to go through 20 buildings in a career mode, where the complexity of the tasks gradually increases. The consistent eviction of tenants opens up new opportunities and tools for sabotage. In addition, there is a freelancing mode that allows you to create your own scenarios and buildings to complete missions.
