The key operation is to collect energy ore, which lies deep underground. All activities are aimed at achieving the only task: to get to the nucleus of the planet to provide the rocket with fuel and subsequent departure.

The gameplay is built on a source, and the destruction of the environment acts as a central mechanics to advance forward. The key mechanics of the Big Dig Energy Titla are focused on the development cycle, including the study and improvement of equipment. Starting inventory is not enough to penetrate into the deepest layers of the breed, turning modernization into constant necessity. This game requires to find ore and deliver it to a furnace processing raw materials to a useful resource.

The resulting material is invested in pumping equipment, for example, Kirik and Burov, opening access to the lower levels and new types of fossils. Team work accelerates the accumulation of valuable materials and the creation of advanced tools for the entire group. Strategic elements affect the process of developing subsoil, demanding from the team to plan a descent and a subsequent return to the surface.
