Game Description
In Buggos 2, the key goal is to conquer planets under the control of a reasonable hive. In the role of this collective intelligence, the player directs the beetle waves to human settlements. The task is to crush the defense of a pure biomass and completely exterminate humanity on all six worlds of the solar system. The destruction campaign consists in sending successive swarms to destroy fortified positions until the target world goes under the control of the swarm.
The strategic component in the game Buggos 2 is built on the constant adaptation of the swarm. The completion of missions brings the collective mind to evolution points, invested in a system of more than 150 improvements. These improvements turn fighters into specialized creatures with unique skills for various combat situations. These resources can be redistributed at any time, providing tactical flexibility between tasks to create an optimal army for the next battle.
The capture of the whole planet opens access to significant progress. A choice is offered from three forced mutations, which are permanent amplifiers to the end of the current campaign. These powerful evolutions can radically change game strategies. In response to a growing threat, people also improve their technologies, developing new weapons and defensive structures to counteract the growing aggression of the hive.
Key aspects of strategy:
Suppression in number: build up biomass and crush the enemy’s defense with continuous waves of attacks. Flexible evolution: constantly adapt your swarm, opening new mutations to counteract changing threats. Planetary dominance: capture the entire kingdoms to gain access to powerful and irreversible improvements.
