The main task of the player is to use outdated equipment from the home office to pass the hellish telephone menu. The path to restoring the connection lies through interaction with the acquired technology and solve a series of problems. This mission is served as an urgent need, and the goal must be achieved at all costs. The test design and the general atmosphere of the project are inspired by the retro-stylistic of the DOS era.

The Call Hating game process is a homework simulator in a quest room in format, supplemented by mini-games and black humor. The narrative uses comments breaking the fourth wall, drawing inspiration from plots of Titles such as The Stanley Parable and Portal. The plot is promoted through the Point-And-Click interaction and the solution of the puzzles built into the environment.
