Having taken the post of Secretary General of the CPSU Central Committee, the player is immersed in a difficult environment that has developed in the Kremlin. In Crisis in the Kremlin: The Cold War, you can carry out perestroika, save the existing system or carry out fundamental public shifts that change the foundations of the state. This title allows you to configure the legislation in detail, which makes it possible to reorganize the USSR into a different form of government.
