Damned is a first-person co-op horror game with stealth elements. Its gameplay is tailored for short online sessions on the Internet. On Pirate you can play online with a friend or with random users. Each match requires 5 participants. The gameplay here is asymmetrical.

The possibility of free online play allows gamers to experience an atypical experience. In Damned, users can take on one of two roles. The goal of the survivors is to escape the level and help their teammates do the same. The monster’s goal is to find all these people and kill them before they find a way to leave the location. Each session involves the presence of 4 representatives of humanity and 1 monster.

Members of the human team can interact with the environment and objects (boxes, safes, doors, cabinets). They are also ways to turn the flashlight on and off. This device helps to search for things, but it also reveals the location of its owner. With each new passage, the location of objects and exits from the zone change. Some scripts are also changed to create a sense of uncertainty among players. They cannot harm the monster pursuing them in any way. You can only run away from it or hide. There are several monster hunters to choose from. They have different behavior and fighting skills, which adds variety to the gameplay. An assortment of cards is also available. There is an old hotel, a gloomy hospital and other places. This is an exclusively multi-user project. Only online play is available.
