DARK SOULS: REMASTERED is an already iconic Japanese action/RPG released in 2011. The development was carried out by From Software. A remastered version was released in May 2018 at the instigation of QLOC. So, what are the acclaimed “Dark Souls”? Firstly, this is a high-quality action RPG, with a third-person view. At the very beginning, you will need to set a number of characteristics for your character: appearance and class. With classes, things work here in a rather unconventional way.

The main character is a fallen warrior who finds himself in the dark world of the game. Now he has to go through a series of difficult tests before he achieves his goal. If in other games of this genre the types of classes are divided into combat, ranged and magical, then here there are only warriors. Each of these classes has its own advantages and disadvantages. A knight, for example, is well protected, but very clumsy and slow-moving, while a robber is agile and strong, but has no protection as such.

The battles with bosses deserve special attention here, each of which requires its own specific approach. You can spend a lot of time on one boss, because it is a publicly known fact that DARK SOULS is one of the most complex action/RPGs in the history of the genre. The impressive combat system is rightfully considered one of the most advanced in general; only an analogue from the series of games about Geralt of Rivia can compete with it, but still, in “Dark Souls” it, although less dynamic and rhythmic, is much more thoughtful. Fights with opponents turn into a real chess tournament.
