The Dead Dragons combat system is based on the Rotation Battle System mechanics for tactical changing positions in step -by -step clashes. Before the fighter’s progress, a gamer can choose an option for Rotation or Stay to control the detachment. The choice of Rotation shifts the location of all allies after the completion of the action, while Stay maintains their current construction. The priority of the moves is displayed on the screen, allowing strategic adjustments, for example, to put forward a character with high protection to the vanguard to intercept the attack or move a weak partner to a rearguard.

The offensive gameplay is focused on the Download team, which allows you to strike at one of 3 points on the enemy’s body. Having entered a vulnerable place causes critical damage and fills a special indicator. After three successful ones, the Download, the Ruin Gauge scale reaches the maximum, activating the crushing mode of the Ruin Mode. This condition allows you to call on characters with powerful skills, which makes it possible to cause tremendous damage and potentially complete the battle with one decisive onslaught, radically changing the gameplay.
