Game Description
Dice Legends presents a setting where a magical cataclysm has turned all the people into monsters. The player’s task is to uncover the mystery of this event and the magician known as the Last Man. At the beginning of the journey, you have to choose one of three characters: Paladin-Lion, Summoner of Demon-Ravens or Assassin-Toad. Each hero offers a unique playstyle to navigate four different worlds with their own unique challenges.
Four facets of a legendary adventure:
Heroes: Three unique characters, each using a different type of dice and offering a distinct playstyle. Tactics: Deep combat system built on the synergy of the deck and the results of rolls. Equipment: Extensive arsenal of 160 cards and 75 items to create powerful combinations. Plot: A well-developed world with an intriguing story about a mysterious cataclysm.
Turn-based combat in Dice Legends revolves around deck building and resource management. Each turn, the gamer draws cards and rolls a set of dice. These are then used to activate abilities that allow you to defend yourself, weaken the enemy, or deal damage. Development is about finding synergies between skills and roll results to create effective combinations. The system requires managing randomness through the strategic use of items and tactical combinations.
Locations are explored on the world map, where plot details will be revealed after each successful battle. Defeating 50 types of opponents rewards you with new cards from the common pool and various pieces of equipment. This equipment, which includes weapons and armor, is necessary to form a unique character build. Each hero class is tied to a specific domino type—d6, d8, or d12—which affects deckbuilding mechanics and strategies for fighting the final boss.
