DUSK is a first-person shooter that you can play online with a friend, or take part in bloody deathmatches with players around the world. All online content is included for free, including the opportunity to arrange massive fights with both friends and random people on the pirate DUSK. The gameplay is inspired by old school action games such as Quake and Doom. The events take place in rural Pennsylvania, where a Lovecraftian cult and bloodthirsty monsters operate.

The possibility of free online play allows up to 16 players to team up. Several interactive maps and one multiplayer mode are available - Deathmatch. There are two modes in total: network play and single player campaign. In the second case, you need to go through a series of various missions, collecting special keys at levels. They are necessary in order to open the doors to the next location.

The weapons used are sickles, pistols, shotguns, machine guns, etc. There are also powerful guns, such as a riveted pistol or a grenade launcher. In addition to health points, there is an indicator of morale. It acts as an analogue of classic armor. The gameplay contains a platforming element, allowing you to find hidden passages and rooms. There are 32 levels to go through, divided into three episodes: Foothills, Construction and Nameless City. The main character Jacob is a treasure hunter who finds himself in the abandoned city of Dusk, where he encounters dangerous creatures thirsting for blood.
