Echolocaution immerses in the night world, in which gamers are guided by sound. A small bat is given under control, whose main occupation is a hunt for insects from sunset to dawn. The key gameplay mechanics are tied to the emission of ultrasound waves covering the dark environment. Such echolocation reveals both sources of food and hidden threats. The task of each race is to absorb as much production as possible before the morning, relying on the ear to search for food and avoid dangers.
Each sortie in Echolocaution is a two -minute round for a set of glasses. Points are awarded for eating insects, and for the destruction of all the targets illuminated by one echo-mpulse, combo-bonuses are given. During the search for food, the player must evade owls, predicting the trajectories of their flight. Survival and receiving the maximum account depend on accurate maneuvering and control over a limited supply of forces. The main task is to set a personal record, acting efficiently and carefully.
After each departure, the protagonist returns to the common cave, which serves as a central location. This shelter is inhabited by different non-game characters, among them-mother-wing and three white mouse-twin mouse. As the game passes, new types of scribblers, for example, two -tone leather or ears, open. They also settle in a common house, giving a reason for communication. During the sorties, the gamer can find and collect treasures - objects from the outside world, causing genuine interest among animals.
