Endless Dungeon belongs to the Roguelite and Action genre. The title is directly related to the Endless franchise. It includes several global turn-based strategies, as well as one hybrid of Roguelike and Tower Defense. So this is the second roguelike in the series.
The name of the project is similar to Dungeon of the Endless, a previous game from the same developers. And for good reason, because both projects have a lot in common. In the previous title, a group of motley adventurers were shipwrecked, found themselves on the surface of the planet, found themselves at the very bottom of ancient catacombs and began to rise, exploring the floors. Endless Dungeon has a very similar concept: after a starship breaks down, a team of heroes and anti-heroes leaves the crashed transport, finds themselves on a forgotten space station and decides to explore its compartments. Inside, she also finds a few allies with their own quirks and a bunch of bloodthirsty creatures.
Here again you need to protect a crystal that looks like a yellow diamond, carefully open numerous doors and destroy crowds of enemies. Only now it’s not a mixture of tactical RTS and TD, but an isometric action game. In single player, the user himself controls all three members of the squad, and in multiplayer, users distribute responsibilities among themselves. Fighters can be hired in the saloon. Among them there are criminals, adventurers, bounty hunters and other colorful personalities. In addition to their appearance, they are distinguished by various skills.
