Game Description
Fling to the Finish allows you to play pirate with a friend online. You can also do this online via the Internet. The title is designed for co-op. However, you are also allowed to go through it solo.
It’s a mixture of racing and platforming. The network game offers pairs to participate in competitions. In Fling to the Finish, all teams consist of two users. Each user controls a ball-like creature. The choice is given to a penguin, a snail, a bee, a goldfish, a sheep, a robot, a worm in an apple, a tumbleweed, a slug, a mushroom, a nut and a TV. They all know how to roll in different directions and jump. The main feature of the indie project is that these creatures are connected to each other with an elastic rope. If one character falls into the abyss, he will drag his partner tied to him along with him. However, the rope also helps in performing acrobatic feats. For example: you can throw a friend onto ledges or slide down the crossbars together.
There are different locations: an asteroid field, a park hanging in the air, a casino. At each level you need to get from start to finish as quickly as possible. Along the way you need to overcome obstacles. Lagging pairs can shoot plungers, weights and lasers at the leaders for a chance to get ahead. Free online play features include online and local multiplayer. They are allowed to be combined. And thanks to split screen, players can have fun together on one PC. You can even use one gamepad for two people (half a controller for each).
