The colonists reach the island empty-handed to settle in a new place. By collecting resources, they build houses and various objects. Construction begins with walls and floors, after which furniture is placed and the façade is put in order.
Colonists are the main element of Founders' Fortune. To increase the efficiency of their work, it is necessary to create comfortable living conditions for the units, providing them with food and a roof over their heads. People can become infected with the plague, infection, and even have a nervous breakdown. The mood of the dummies deteriorates for any reason, be it injury, illness, hunger, or even a boring conversation. If this problem is not solved for a long time, the colonist loses his temper and may attack other residents.
Building a farm solves provisions issues. If the hero eats little, this will affect his vital energy and he can die. By growing vegetables and preparing various dishes from them, the player maintains the effectiveness of the bobblehead. You should think about stocking up on provisions for the winter, otherwise not all residents may survive the cold. If the settlement begins to actively work and collect a lot of crops, the island will be visited by merchants who will arrive solely for the sake of first-class goods.
