From Glory to Goo is a cosmic adventure. Forget about the conquest of the new worlds - here the survival depends on how to cling to the fragment of the rock among the inexorable stream of mucus. You play for the captain, the last hope of mankind, who is instructed to establish a fragile colony on a hostile foreign world. Your enemies are not rival empires and not robots with lasers, but the ubiquitous mucus, a reasonable, changing form, the threat that oozes, drips and crawls to your colony from all sides.

The construction of outpost is a desperate struggle for resources. Each inch of space suitable for life should be cut out of alien terrain, each unit of water and energy should be squeezed out of an inexorable environment. The clock is inexorably ticking, every moment closer to your flickering light of civilization closer. But among the panic there is a goal. You command the growing group of specialists, opening new combat units using research and adapting to the constantly changing GOO tactics. You expand, capturing valuable resources and revealing the secrets of the previous ones doomed to the death of expeditions. Each piece of knowledge, every ounce of metal, every glimpse of the union with the local life of the planet is a desperate attempt to survive.

But the real struggle takes place at the top. The linen -colonies tied to the planet is your lifebueting circle. The pointed piece of the saved material should be sent back into space to finance the construction of vital modules: factories for the production of weapons, laboratories to open new technologies and arsenal to contain the advancing wave. From Glory to Goo is a cruel dance of despair and adaptation. You will increase the level of your captain, opening skills and abilities in order to better control your motley army in the fight against the inevitable. Every victory, every piece of progress is bought later, with courage and gloomy realization that only one GOO wave remains before the defeat. This is not about becoming famous in the starry sky, but that the last light of mankind does not go out in mucus. This is not a story about glory.
