Game Description

Going Medieval is a simulator in which you need to build a fortress on the ruins of an old castle and equip it to protect your settlement. Any event can affect the mood of your people, so you need to satisfy all their needs and be a good king. Events unfold in the era of the dark Middle Ages of the late XIV century.

Only five percent of the population survived after a heavy plague epidemic. The survivors find abandoned territories and try to equip life again, having built a new prosperous society. You, as a leader, will need not only to provide them with a normal life, but also to protect them from robbers, barbarians and religious fanatics. Complete chaos and devastation reigns in the country, where laws and moral standards do not apply.

At first, you will build small wooden shacks, but the more resources it will be collected, the faster your city will develop, turning into a huge stone fortress. The Going Medieval tools will create both several storey buildings and dig under the underground labyrinth. To defend yourself, it is necessary to build protective structures, supply the settlers with a weapon and arrange traps around the walls of the fortress.

Hunger and natural disasters pose an even greater threat than invaders. Build reliable houses and provide people with provisions for the whole season. The key to prosperity of the empire is the population. Help travelers, take away random passers -by and needy beggars, etc. Build a new society and bring it to prosperity!
