Game Description

In Grit and Valor - 1949, gamers will take control of an elite squad of mechs during an alternate history of World War II. It is 1949 and Europe is deeply scarred by the ongoing war. The Axis forces, using terrifying ‘Mechs, virtually crushed the resistance. Users lead their squad into this dangerous world to turn the tide by deploying destructive EMP weapons deep in enemy territory.

Every mission in Grit and Valor - 1949 forces gamers to think on their feet as they control their swords in dynamic, real-time combat. The battlefield changes with each new mission, offering new combinations of enemies, terrain and obstacles. Success depends on taking advantage of tactical advantages such as high ground or cover, but also requires making clear decisions to deal with waves of enemy forces. One wrong step can lead to quick defeat, forcing users to start over and rethink their strategy.

As gamers progress, they encounter powerful bosses, including towering Axis mechs that pose an insurmountable challenge. Defeating these generals and their hordes is crucial to moving forward, but it’s never easy. If the team vehicle is destroyed, the game is over, and users have to return to base, regroup and improve their squad. Rewards collected in each mission, such as Scrap and Valor, provide the resources needed to upgrade ‘Mechs and pilots for the next round of combat.
