Game Description

The open world of the newly released Half-Life 2: Episode Two at one time created a stir all over the world. Openly moving with one goal - to deliver information about the Alliance to the Resistance base - was a shocking task that players rushed into one after another. In the first-person shooter, we will continue to play as Gordon Freeman with Alixa Vance. Long journeys in the game are accompanied by frequent changes of scenes: now we are fighting against mutants, now we are solving puzzles, now we are watching an interactive film about the characters’ journey and their conversations. The developers tried to diversify the gameplay not only with interesting shootouts and logical tasks, but also with the story of the characters, which they tell on their own, discussing the history and reason for this situation in the world.

This episode features a new car, open forested areas, an ant grove where we can do whatever we want, and abandoned mines with a missile base. All locations are drawn in a new way, and our actions in them are the choice of the player himself.

The cooperative part of the gameplay has been changed. He was expelled completely. We will fight together with Alixa, but more often the vortigaunts will replace the heroine.

The main character’s inventory and some items have also been changed. If in the first part the flashlight ran on a battery from Freeman’s suit, now it has an independent battery. The gravity gun was given more objects to launch at opponents, so now many fans will be able to destroy enemies with anything they can get their hands on.

In 7 chapters we will meet new monsters, among which there will be a hunter - an Alliance synth, an ant lion, the larvae of these lions and other enemies.

The new graphics engine made the game more detailed and also provided blur when moving.
