Game Description
Hellbrella sends a cat in a cloak in the depths of the underworld. The main task is to survive in battles with hordes of demonic eyes and other monsters. The combat system is based on dynamic air mechanics in the Hack and Slash genre, focusing on continuous movement and pure aggression. The hero uses an umbrella as a single weapon, conducting long combinations in flight to clean up locations. Such assertive style is needed to cope with chaos at levels and overcome opponents.
Progress in Hellbrella is built on descents through ruthless, procedurally generated locations. The player begins with the choice of one of 5 unique umbrellas, each of which offers its own method of destroying opponents and the formation of a special combat style. During one race, you can get over 60 powerful improvements that transform the hero’s abilities and radically change the gameplay. As they move deep, the fights become more intense, demanding tactical adaptation for survival in growing chaos.
Long -term development is tied to the collection of special resources from defeated enemies. Pupils serve as a currency to open 12 types of permanent upgrades that give constant advantages in all subsequent races. Drops of blood are another collection object used as part of the current attempt to strengthen the character’s combat style and increase his mortality. Such a system of gradual improvement helps gamers cope with growing complexity, pursuing the ultimate goal - to defeat the main boss of the underworld.
