The narrative Higurashi When They Cry Hou+ departs from the established secret, representing alternative scenarios full of both psychological stress and unexpected humor. The gameplay immerses the player in the consciousness of the protagonist, forcing to directly encounter paranoia and cruelty that determine these new temporary lines. The new material in this game introduces special tragedies and conflicts that change the scale of the narrative. The heads of Outbreak and Kamikashimashi document the clash of Kayiti and the rest with a mysterious virus and the general panic created by him.

This disaster, ultimately spreading to the city of Osko, raises the question of the heroes about its source and the possibility of preventing. A completely different tone is set by the head of Mehagashi, representing a galactic catastrophe and forcing Kayiti to protect the Universe from the club members in a comedic manner. The Hinamizawa Bus Stop collection is completing - an original fragment that formed the basis of the main plot, which makes it possible to see the original concept from which the whole saga grew. These additions significantly expand the universe, demonstrating that the Hinamidzawa tragedy can take a variety of forms.
