In the Hotel Magnate, everything will begin with the construction of the building: the foundation, walls, rooms and stairs. Then this should be given a unique style by gluing the wallpaper and putting the floor. They will follow furniture and other jewelry. To begin with, you will have to prepare residential rooms of several classes, a kitchen, a dining room, toilets and a reception. Additionally, a gym, a patio, a pool, a restaurant, a tennis court and much more will come out. All this will require a lot of money, but the profit from customers will rise accordingly.
The presence of some features, like a spa or bar, will affect future guests. Family couples, young travelers, business businessmen, rich snobs and generally anyone else can be settled in the hotel. Even the usual decrease in alcohol prices can fundamentally change the contingent of the inhabitants. Therefore, you should always be prepared to satisfy the needs of any guest. It is their happiness that will affect the rating of the institution, on which the flow of new customers will depend.
