This adventure sets the stage for a series of logic challenges that focus on organizing groups of special people. The main goal is to find a suitable place for each individual according to his likes and dislikes.
Each character has unique requirements, turning simple seating charts into complex puzzles that require solutions to progress through the story and meet the hero. Locations in Is This Seat Taken? range from crowded buses and cinemas to formal wedding receptions and cramped taxis. Each new environment introduces you to bright personalities who have their own set of placement rules. A party guest with a sensitive nose won’t sit next to a stranger wearing too much cologne.
The sleepy passenger needs distance from the person listening to loud music, forcing the player to read the situation and find the ideal arrangement for the entire group. Successfully organizing one company unlocks subsequent levels and advances Nat’s story from one city to another.
