Cossacks: War Again is a strategy game that you can play online online, competing with a friend for free on a pirate or random players from all over the world. You can play online or alone. The network game is represented by confrontation and co-op modes. The basis of the gameplay is to extract 6 types of resources: wood, food, gold, iron, coal and stone.

Each type of resource is mined in certain places on the map. For example, food is obtained by peasants, and minerals must be extracted from mines. Using the opportunity of a free network game, you can exchange resources on the market. It is very important to build a warehouse to store the collected materials and raw materials. Weapons are developed based on resources. To fire a firearm, you need to spend coal and iron. Gold will need to be used to pay for the services of soldiers or mercenaries.

Battles take place on land and water. A fleet can be assembled if a port is built. Battleships, schooners and pirate ships are available. Corsairs are those who get out of control and become an enemy. Such units are highlighted in black. Peasants without food may begin to die. Cossacks: Once again, war relies heavily on resource management - this is the basis of the gameplay.

Each building is dedicated to a specific type of unit: Port - fleet, Barracks - infantry, Stable - cavalry, Diplomatic Center - mercenaries, City Center - peasants, etc. The peasants of each nation have their own unique characteristics. For example, Ukrainian residents are not susceptible to capture. There is a system of transition to a new era. To move to the 18th century, you need to collect a certain amount of resources, build certain buildings and fulfill a number of requirements.
