Laser Tag Massacre puts the player in the script in the spirit of slasers of the 1980s. Events unfold on the night of Halloween, when a group of 5 friends is going to celebrate a holiday in a large abandoned gym. This dilapidated structure is located in the remote part of the Campinas, Brazil, which isolates the characters from any external assistance. Their plan for the usual match in the laser tag is sharply interrupted by the appearance of a hostile presence, shifting the focus from resting for self -preservation. The plot of Titla tells about their attempts to survive the night in the fight against this antagonist.

Inside the Laser Tag Massacre, the main gameplay requires navigation from the vast and unlit space of the arcade hall with a first -person view. Moving around the halls, corridors and office premises is crucial, since the hunter methodically tracks heroes throughout the building. History develops as an interactive narrative, where the actions of characters directly affect the outcome of clashes and their chances of escape.

Key mechanics are focused on awareness of the situation, secrecy and use of the planning of the structure as a tool for evasion. The environment itself contains numerous active arcade machines and other entertainment that can be found and launched. These mini-games act as interactive elements scattered according to the location, and serve as a temporary distraction from the main threat. The launch of these devices offers a short lull, interrupting the ongoing stress of the chase. Despite such breaks, the main conflict does not disappear anywhere, and the task of withstanding until the morning remains constant and the main thing for all passage.
