Lone Soul is the story of a powerful conqueror named Varus who must fight his way through a mythical tower of chaos. His mission is to save the innocent soul of Revelia, who is plunging into darkness within this mysterious citadel. Advancing deep into this dangerous place requires the protagonist to master the use of weapons, as the combat system encourages the creation of long chains of attacks for maximum effectiveness. The outcome of each battle depends on the ability to combine attacks and use special skills in a timely manner, opening up new opportunities to defeat opponents, which fills the gameplay with constant tension.
Each attempt to climb the tower is unique thanks to roglite elements that force you to constantly adapt to changing conditions. By defeating enemies, Varus finds runes that are used to improve passive bonuses and modify the effects of his abilities. This mechanic allows you to create a variety of builds right during the race. The Lone Soul project offers deep customization, where the selection of equipment and runes becomes a key element of strategy. Between forays, the hero returns to base, where the collected resources are spent on discovering permanent improvements that strengthen him before the next assault on the dangerous halls.
