MageQuit is dedicated to the battles of magicians. You can play Pirate with a friend online. This can also be done online via the Internet. Up to 10 people can participate in matches. There is a regular and team deathmatch. By default, one session lasts ten rounds. Victory is awarded each time to a character or an entire group depending on the number of frags scored. Winners grow beards with every win. The winner in the final is the one with the thickest facial hair.

This is a multiplayer action game with an emphasis on the use of magic. It features not only online play, but also battles with bots. There are 63 spells available in MageQuit that work in synergy with each other. Among them are fireballs, wind power, summoning leeches, tsunami waves and stuff like that. At the beginning of each round, you are allowed to customize your arsenal. You can build different builds and mix different schools of magic. Users select spells from a random list one by one. Moreover, gamers with the lowest number of points start first.

Some players' magic can complement the abilities of other teammates. The possibility of free online play includes not only online, but also local multiplayer. You can connect gamepads and organize battles while sitting with a group in front of one computer. During battles, gamers earn in-game currency. It is spent on purchasing cosmetic items: hats, robes, staves.
