The building element is based on historical data about cities and villages. All buildings presented in Manor Lords are as authentic as possible. Landscapes and types of terrain influence the process of settlement formation.
Create trade routes, establish market relations with neighboring cities and promote the economic prosperity of the settlement. The era covered in the game represents the European period between the 11th and 15th centuries. Assign different activities to the settlers. Some will be engaged in the construction of structures, others will plow fields with plows, others will smelt iron, herd sheep, etc. There is a huge variety of activities and there is a job for every resident.
The world is developing dynamically. There is a change of day and night, as well as seasons. The weather changes, city residents can catch diseases, settlements can be engulfed by war, poverty, hunger and other troubles. Military units are represented by infantry, horsemen and siege weapons.
