A wide arsenal of various weapons is available, including deadly melee weapons or large-caliber guns that help knock down the monster. A total of 14 types of weapons are available, determining battle tactics. Each enemy in the game is completely unique. All giant creatures have their own battle tactics and weaknesses. The most ferocious enemies receive special rewards.

The action takes place in the village of Kamura. 50 years have passed since the last Rampage. A new assistant, Prutozhuk, has appeared and there are new companions, Palamuta.
