Game Description

Natural Selection 2 is a first-person shooter with strategy elements that allows you to play as a pirate for free online with a friend, going through a story campaign together online on the Internet or fighting in a confrontation. Before starting the adventure, you can undergo training that introduces you to the basics and mechanics of the game. After the tutorial, both online play and a story campaign are available. Natural Selection 2 allows you to take control of two races: humans and Kharaa.

Once on the maps, players take control of the rooms. The tasks include the destruction of all enemy troops. The possibility of free online play allows you to build bases indoors to improve the defense of the territory. A leader is chosen who determines the battle tactics. Regular soldiers are controlled from a first-person perspective, while commanders follow the game from a top-down perspective. Leaders in Natural Selection 2 give orders, build buildings, collect resources, research technologies, and use special abilities.

The human commander can teleport first aid kits, ammunition, turrets, etc. Aliens are capable of growing a new Hive and spreading infection throughout the entire location. The alien race is represented by 5 leaders: Skalk, Lerk, Gorg, Fade and Onos. Each of them has unique traits and battle tactics. People use a variety of guns, such as machine guns, shotguns, grenade launchers, pistols, etc. Each faction differs in units, tactics, abilities and mechanics, completely changing the game strategy, thereby increasing the replayability of the project.
