The project is based on an Inupiaq tale called Kunuuksaayuka. You have to control the girl Nuna and her faithful arctic fox. The gameplay is a platformer with puzzle elements. A girl and a dog travel through the expanses of the frosty north, trying to overcome all the obstacles in their path. The online game Kisima Ingitchuna consists of 8 chapters.

You can switch between heroes in real time. Each character has its own strengths and weaknesses. The Arctic fox can climb rocks and move quickly, squeezing into narrow spaces and crevices. Nuna moves heavy objects and clears debris using a bola. All chapters of Never Alone feature new locations and introduce various mechanics designed to diversify the gameplay. The possibility of free online play allows you to go through extreme situations together, including blizzards, strong winds, avalanches, etc.

During the adventure, the heroes will walk on thin ice, run away from a polar bear, swim underwater and climb to the top of a ruined temple. The arctic fox must be reborn as a spirit. In this form, he gains new abilities and can move in space, interacting with otherworldly creatures. Throughout the journey there is a voice-over narrator. He gives wise advice and guides the protagonists. As a bonus, there are video inserts dedicated to the culture, mythology and life of the Inuit peoples.
