The Title emphasizes the harsh realities of the trench war, where the soldiers are faced with many problems, from the constant threat of enemy fire to the constant need to manage resources.

Each solution matters, and the player should focus not only on the terrain, but also on the psychological and logistics difficulties that arise when the troops are being carried out in a difficult environment. Division management in such conditions is not a small feat, and on the Western Front makes it clear that each step matters. Mechanics deeply penetrates the tactical nuances of war. Users are responsible for many military units, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Arrows, machine gunners, engineers and passers - all of them play a decisive role in the success of the mission. The construction and maintenance of fortifications is no less important than managing offensive strategies. It is necessary to strengthen the lines of the trenches, set the barbed wire to slow down the enemy’s advance, and dig tunnels to get around the enemy troops.
