Playtown 3 is a dive into the sinister mystery of an abandoned amusement park, where the protagonist will have to stop the activities of the mysterious order E.Y.E. 13 years after the events of the previous parts, the once innocent place for games has reopened its doors, hiding terrifying experiments under a bright sign. The hero enters the territory to uncover the truth, but quickly realizes that the reality is much worse than his suspicions. The gameplay requires maximum caution, because local mascots are not soulless automata, but intelligent hunters capable of seeing, hearing and pursuing their target.
Survival in this world depends on stealth and the ability to solve inventive puzzles. To interact with the environment and activate secret mechanisms, doors and bridges, a special device is used - the Crystal Remote. Moving through the creepy playgrounds, the character uncovers the secrets of this place. The Playtown 3 project forces you to constantly be in suspense, because every sound can attract the attention of inexorable pursuers. It is necessary to stay in the shadows and constantly move so as not to become another victim of this damned place.
It gradually becomes clear that the park itself is just a cover for an extensive network of underground facilities located near California. At the head of the ominous order is their leader and ideological inspirer named Hexkor, who has launched the mechanism of a catastrophe with irreversible consequences. The main task is to stop his plans before it is too late and expose the monstrous activities of the entire organization.
