Game Description

Portal 2 is a first-person puzzle game in which you can solve puzzles with a friend using an online Internet connection. You can play Pirate online for free, using devices to create portals in space. With their help, you can instantly move from one place to another. There is a cooperative game, which makes it possible to go through the story campaign together. Events unfold immediately after the end of the previous part. You have to wander around the Laboratory for Research into the Nature of Portals (Aperture Science).

The story focuses on the experimental girl Chell and the supercomputer GLaDOS, who is building new intrigues and tests for the heroine. Notably, Portal 2’s co-op campaign is different from the single-player experience, so the free online play feature includes unique puzzles. The campaign takes place in 6 hours of real time. The plot has become more developed and structured. Network games are built on the fact that not only the protagonists need to move between portals, but also transfer objects between them in order to solve a spatial puzzle.

The gameplay of Portal 2 is based on physics. Fluid mechanics allows you to influence different objects upon contact. For example, a pushing gel increases speed. It is highlighted in orange. There is a blue gel that has a repulsive effect - it springs objects. A transformative gel is created on surfaces, creating the effect the player desires. Test chambers represent different tests. For example, a transport funnel contains a tunnel of energy lines, between which turrets and other objects must be transferred.

The cameras are called Whitley and contain a serial number. Cargo Cubes are represented by Refraction of Suppression, Aerial Faith Panel, Thermal Beam, Franken Turret, Rounded Security Cube, etc. Each has its own unique properties and is necessary to solve a particular puzzle. There are weighted cubes placed in special containers.
