Chuvak is a timid hero who once finds himself in a shelter. A mass of bizarre freaks live here, behind which a bad nurse takes care of, which gives out strange medicines. After taking such treatment, everything - both orderlies and patients, turn into crazy maniacs that they try to destroy the rest of the people with the help of crazy methods and for the sake of obtaining rivers from the blood. The dude decides to get out of the psychiatric hospital, but notices that the outside world is also not particularly safe and literally everyone has gone crazy here. The protagonist can no longer be trusted by either his own eyes or his mind, so the only thing the guy relies on is the violence with which any problems are solved. The guy, indiscriminately, destroys everyone who meets him without even trying to figure out what is happening around, and whether there are opponents among the oncoming people or not - the dude acts ahead.
