
Game Description
Ricave sends a player to an escape from a changeable dungeon, where the movement occurs step by step around the cells. The battles suggest the use of the environment: you can encounter opponents in poisonous water or lure them to barrels with explosives. The state of the character monitors specific ailments, including diseases, bleeding and fractures. The damage here is local: the loss of the leg slows down, the eye injury leads to blindness, and the lack of hands limits the interaction with objects for all creatures.
Each passage of Ricave takes place in a new, procedurally created dungeon, where any script has a solution. Although the final death completes the current attempt, this role -playing game provides for progress between the races due to the tasks completed, increasing the level and finding constant objects that promote the plot. Time control mechanics make it possible to rewind events back, correcting errors. The process itself is determined, so repetition of the course after rewinding will lead to an identical result, which excludes manipulations with random numbers.
During the study, the gameplay allows the heroes to search caches, fly, swim and put traps. The equipment includes potions and scrolls with an unpredictable action: one drug is able to heal, harm or fill manu, and make a scroll to levitate or blind. Further development includes the discovery of abilities and enchanting equipment to overcome future challenges. Such a gameplay encourages a creative approach to overcoming barriers and destroying the inhabitants of the dungeon through competent resource management.
