In ROGUE SHIFT you can play online with a friend on a pirate for free, surviving in the vastness of the Red Planet. On the Internet online you need to join forces to fight a huge crowd of monsters. Game mechanics contain elements of top-down shooter, survival and roguelike. The network game is represented by cooperative playthrough. Teaming up with a partner, you need to survive in a real nightmare in the vastness of an alien planet.

By destroying waves of enemies, experience points are awarded. As you level up, you can upgrade your existing skills, buy new guns or psionic abilities that help in battle. With the help of psionic skills you need to interact with the environment or, for example, throw away enemies. In ROGUE SHIFT, you can knock your opponent into lava to instantly destroy the monster. You will need to fight using a huge number of different futuristic guns. The possibility of free online play requires constant interaction between partners.

With each subsequent level the difficulty increases. There are no checkpoints, so if a character dies, the level starts from the very beginning of the chapter. The next episode opens only after completing the previous one. However, after death, all leveling remains, just as the hero’s level remains. For each cleared area, one perk is awarded, making the protagonist stronger. With each death, the gameplay becomes a little easier. The task at each stage is to find a way out of the level.
