The core gameplay of SCP: Pandemic is a first-person shooter with deep and detailed tactical elements. You can look around corners to scout the situation, knock down doors or pick locks. The enemies are various mutants and infected, including classic zombies. Opponents attack in droves, so it is very important that your partners can always cover and save you in a particularly dangerous situation.

The possibility of free online play allows each participant to individually customize their character. A wide selection of equipment and weapons is available. Any gun can be customized using a huge number of modifiers. Many actions take place in dark rooms. You should always have a flashlight with you to light the way. You will need to fight both ordinary opponents and enhanced monsters, including bosses - super-strong mutants.
