In the fourth part of the adventure, it became possible to ride a vehicle and ride in the cockpit of a combat mech. You can improve weapons and modify the barrels in every possible way, increasing shooting accuracy, adding an alternative shot, etc. Serious Sam 4 allows you to shoot with two hands, or, as they say, in Macedonian style.

The maps are distinguished by their scale and can reach a size of 128 kilometers. Sections are available with the participation of 1000 units per level. Sam and the team will face enemies such as Headless Kamikazes, Rocketeers, Clear Skeletons, Scrap Rocketeers, Sirian Were-Bulls, and Khnums. In addition, a huge number of new opponents are presented, including the rabid Treated, disgusting Belchers, impartial Zealots, etc. The arsenal consists of a powerful double-barreled shotgun, a punishing minigun, a terrifying saw-gun, an automatic shotgun - a new barrel for the series and, of course, the iconic gun!
