Game Description

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is a first-person shooter in a post-apocalyptic world. The events of the game will develop in the exclusion zone formed as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. In 2006, a new catastrophe occurred, which led to various physical, chemical and biological processes, creating many anomalies, artifacts and generating a large number of mutants.

The gameplay is a classic FPS with elements of a role-playing game, immersive sim and horror. There is a huge area available for exploration. You can chat with other stalkers and many other characters. There are many main and secondary tasks to complete. Stalker 2 has a huge number of different weapons and auxiliary equipment.

In the zone there are a variety of artifact hunters, mercenaries and various monsters formed as a result of anomalies. Many of the places that the player visits during his travels represent the real-life lands of Pripyat or the Red Forest. During the passage, players will encounter violations of the laws of physics, artifacts that provide a wide variety of abilities, ranging from slowing down time to healing wounds. However, some can be harmful. The game is inspired by the works of the Strugatsky brothers and Andrei Tarkovsky.

The storyline of Stalker 2: The Heart of Chernobyl boasts non-linearity. As the campaign progresses, the main character, nicknamed Skif, can make decisions that affect the overall course of history. The fate of both non-player characters and the Exclusion Zone depends on the actions of the protagonist. Cities such as Pripyat, Chernobyl-2, ZGRLS Duga and other locations are available for exploration. Together with the hero, you will also visit dark laboratories and some old areas from the first part of the adventure, for example, the Swamps or the Cordon. The enemies will be new mutants not previously seen in the series, and you will also need to enter into confrontation with familiar monsters.
