Game Description

The Catacombs of Solaris Revisited invites the player to move along the procedure -created and abstract labyrinth with first -person view. This nonlinear space is a promising labyrinth, a manipulating perception of a three -dimensional environment on a two -dimensional screen and creating surrealistic effects. The main task is personal in nature: to find a special room in constantly changing catacombs, which seems to be the most attractive to the gamer. A single adventure offers a leisurely study without specified routes or goals, in addition to this subjective search.

This Title is an improved edition of the 2016 art game, expanding the original concept of manipulation of perception. The Catacombs of Solaris Revisited adds new puzzling visual effects, even more distorting the abstract and colorful world. An important new mechanics was the ability to load your own images into the game, integrating them as a procedurally created Labyrinth textures. Such customization allows you to directly affect the atmospheric visual recoil received when moving along locations.

The project also contains a built -in screen capture system, designed to record and preserve certain points or your favorite locations. This is a purely visual experience, deliberately designed without any audio components, sound effects or musical accompaniment. Each design element concentrates attention on the image from replacing geometric patterns to spatial compositions. Key interaction is built on movement and contemplation, which brings the gameplay closer to the genre of walking simulator.
