Game Description

The Darkness 2 is a first-person shooter that can be played either alone or online, teaming up with a friend or players from all over the world. To play online for free on a pirate, you need to select a mode called Vendetta. It includes 2 types of competitions: Co-op and Blacklist. The free multiplayer option includes solo playthrough of missions, but in this case some tasks are blocked. Multiplayer allows you to take control of one of 4 characters, including Inugami, Jimmy Wilson, Shoshanna and J.P. DuMond.

The events of the main campaign take place 2 years after the end of the first part of Darkness. The main character Jackie became the head of a mafia group and launched a full-scale war with gangsters. The protagonist is interested in members of the ancient order “Brotherhood”, eager to get the Darkness of Jackie, who has been living in the hero for a long time. The main difference between The Darkness 2 and the previous part is that the protagonist finds himself in another reality, which the Darkness creates for him.

Depending on the decisions made, there are 2 endings available: Stay with Jenny and No Asylum. Another innovation is that now special abilities can be used together with firearms, which significantly increases the dynamics of the gameplay. The environment has added interactivity, providing the opportunity to use surrounding objects for your own purposes. Light prevents you from using abilities. There is only one assistant minion available, but he constantly jokes and amuses with antics. There are sections where you have to use stealth mechanics.
