The Guild 3 is an economic strategy with elements of a life simulator, in which you can team up with a friend in order to not only play online in free mode, but also build a densely populated city. By connecting via the Internet online or locally, the pirate site allows up to 16 players to gather simultaneously for free. Initially, participants select an avatar, giving it initial parameters. Gradually developing the hero, new abilities are unlocked, making it possible to build more complex buildings or make improved weapons.

Unlike previous parts, Guild 3 is devoid of seasonal jumps. The action takes place from 1401 to 1402. The free online play option invites players to come together to create their own settlement within a year. The gameplay is presented by development in real time. The city consists of several districts where you can complete various quests, for example, take on a task from white or blue collar workers. Network play also implies confrontation with each other.

Everyone chooses their own path. You are allowed to follow a dark path, causing contempt among the townspeople, or you can become a real hero of your people. The ultimate goal is the creation of a great power, which awaits only prosperity and development. The player himself decides which way to go, because only the result is important. To unite or fight among themselves is also an individual decision of the participants themselves. The developers of The Guild 3 do not hold hands and provide a huge sandbox world where everyone can realize themselves in their own way.
