Game Description
The Memory Thieves is a co-op adventure with horror elements that immerses 1 to 4 players in exploring the mysterious Ravenwood Cemetery. Portals open here leading to the memories of the deceased, where priceless treasures are hidden. The task of daredevils is to penetrate these ephemeral worlds in order to steal valuables, but each foray is fraught with mortal risk, because the past is jealously guarded by its ghostly inhabitants.
Each dive into someone else’s memory becomes a unique challenge thanks to the procedural generation of levels. This ensures that each raid is unique, forcing the team to constantly adapt to new threats and environments. In The Memory Thieves, success depends on teamwork and strategic planning. Progressing through the story opens up access to new equipment and cosmetic items, which are purchased with money and experience earned in sorties. Some items require a certain level to use, which adds elements of tactical development to the gameplay.
The gameplay is complicated by the presence of cursed rooms and artifacts that can impose negative effects on the characters. Despite the increased danger, it is in such places that the most valuable relics are kept. The oppressive atmosphere is supported by semi-realistic graphics and a soundtrack that enhances the feeling of constant threat. You will have to confront a variety of opponents, each of which has a unique behavior pattern and poses a serious threat to unprepared treasure hunters.
