The online game is designed for co-op with up to 4 people.

The storyline and Mk-Challenges are available - various tests on randomly generated maps. The free online gaming feature focuses on the interaction of participants and their ability to overcome difficulties together. The characters don’t know how to fight. You need to run and hide. In The Outlast Trials you can stun and blind enemies. There are many tools that allow you to see through walls, heal others, and much more. Tasks can be divided among themselves or constantly act together.

At the beginning of the game, you can set up and customize your hero. To escape the gloomy Murkoff Hospital, you need to collect secret documents and quest items that provide access to hidden and locked rooms. First aid kits, master keys and other auxiliary items are scattered throughout the locations. In the patient’s own room, you can level up, customize your character, change equipment, exchange resources and take a break from persecution.
