The computer game “The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings” is an expanded limited edition of the impressive continuation of the 2008 giant of the world of role-playing video games “The Witcher”. The development of this project was carried out by the famous studio CD PROJEKT RED. The announcement came in May 2011. Geralt of Rivia is the greatest of the line of witchers, wielding a sword better than others, almost the only one who can resist the forces of darkness, while being something between an ordinary person and a monster. He wanders the world and makes a living by exterminating monsters. But sometimes he has to solve other problems.

This time, our hero of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will have to find and deal with a guild of professional assassins. As the game progresses, Geralt will encounter his own kind more than once. Witchers are much stronger than any ordinary warrior, so fights with half-bloods will be very cruel and spectacular. Note that small obstacles in the form of fences and small fences are no longer something incomprehensible to Geralt. Along with the changed combat, the developers added the ability to overcome fences. Of course, it won’t be possible without crowning battles with all sorts of monsters, of which there are traditionally many here. Spectacular action scenes and a well-thought-out combat system, which is a mixture of active movement, fencing with a one-and-a-half-handed sword and inserts of combat magic spells, make the right impression. There are probably no better fights in the RPG world anywhere else.

In Arena mode, you will be able to fight with many enemies advancing from different corners and crevices. After this, you will go on an adventure where the developers will introduce you to Geralt’s worldview through the storyline. Don’t forget about the “Dark” mode. It is prepared for experienced players and includes many items that are only available in battle with the strongest opponents in the series. The second part of the famous series remained the most invisible, compared to the first and third parts. The thing is that in the same 2011, the more famous and popular TES: Skyrim was released. However, all the same, critics and gamers rated The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings very highly and it is rightfully considered one of the best games in this genre.
