As in the original strategy, the possibility of free online play offers you to take control of more than 200 states with their own unique features. Mechanics revolve around economics, science, domestic politics, diplomacy, military affairs. Multiplayer allows up to 32 participants to compete. Within the country there live separate groups of people with their own profession, nationality, religion, political views, etc. Residents migrate, get jobs and go about their daily activities.

Units are divided into 12 types: workers, peasants, soldiers, slaves, artisans, employees, priests, officials, officers, artisans, aristocrats and capitalists. The country is governed by 8 forms: democracy, royal rule, sham constitutionalism, absolute monarchy, fascist dictatorship, bourgeoisie, presidential dictatorship or proletariat. The tax is set for each class of residents: rich, middle and poor. You can study 150 technologies in 5 categories: army, navy, commerce, culture and industry.

Allows you to colonize the territories of Africa, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Military units consist of ground troops and navy. Ground forces consist of militia, infantry, artillery, cavalry, etc. The fleet includes 9 types of ships: clippers, frigates, sailing battleships, transport ships, raiders, battleships, monitors, cruisers and dreadnoughts. In total, the army can have up to 3,000 combat units.
