Game Description
Virtual Circuit Board is a logic simulator that uses a drawing interface within the sandbox. Here, gamers construct, program and activate creations, from individual circuits to full -scale computers. The entire gameplay is concentrated in this sandbox, since it does not have training, levels or pre -prepared tasks. Players set their own goals, working with a system designed for people with a basic understanding of logical elements and their functions. This title does not provide instructions on such topics.
The Virtual Circuit Board engine is a clock system that distributes the signals between the components one interval at a time and processing millions of updates per second. The integrated assembler editor makes it possible to set his own instructions and write programs collected in accessible virtual memory. The whole game is divided into two modes. The editing stage is used for construction and coding, while the simulation stage allows you to observe the functioning of the system and interact with its active elements.
The construction of the schemes occurs through the interface based on drawing with color marking for logical elements and conductors. Specialized tools optimize the process, for example, an array function for simultaneously drawing many tracks. Electronic parts and lines connecting them support multiple entrances and outputs. To configure the appearance on top of the components, decorative layers can be applied. Thus, elements are created, such as buttons or inscriptions that change their appearance depending on the state of the part and providing visual feedback during the simulation.
